Quite place, clean room, the bed is very comfort as it should be. 10 minutes walk to MRT Outram park and full of nice neighbors; coffee shop, food center, restaurant and market. Affordable price.

No frills hotel

It was the most reasonably-priced for that special weekend event. The location was fine, but it’s basically a standard 2-star hotel.

They didn’t have a ‘kitchen’ so no ice at the hotel. Good thing there’s a quaint convenience store downstairs.

The hotel is located in a residential area, which was quiet and safe.

The welfare of the cleaning staff might be insufficient. He took out the bench which was supposed to be in our room to the supply room for his own use. No refrigerator.

The room and hotel met all my needs.

Room was relatively quiet. View of trees from the window was nice. Excellent location - love Tiong Bahru! Staff were helpful.

Bathroom was a bit basic. Would be nice to have a shower curtain so the whole room didn't get wet when showering.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love the location as it's nearby the Havelock station, which is so convenient for us to head to either the city centre or straight towards Gardens by the Bay. There are 7-11, Cheers, restaurants and chic cafes nearby too which is great! Love the quiet neighbourhood area.

Overall cleanliness was ok and acceptable. There's dust on the cover of the water kettle we had to wash it off, and the shower gel's cover easily came off when pressed.

the space in the room is quite narrow so we have to close and open the luggage each time when we before/after we use it.

Most of staff are friendly and helpful and the location is quite near the MRT, will definitely book this hotel again if visit Singapore again

can't adjust the temperature of air conditioning system....but with this price, both the location and the friendliness of the staff are very good!

A standard budget stay in a hotel one would expect.

24/7 hotel staff and support, new water bottles, coffee and tea every day. Not much to add really - a standard budget stay in a hotel one would expect.

The room was constantly really cold and the built in controls to change the temperature in the room didn't seem to be working. Really tiny showerspace, but wasn't critical for us this time. Bathroom door handle was falling off, but we tightened it ourselves. Poor quality ironing equipment on demand.

Good value property in a great location

Fantastic location, very close to transport, food, shopping and massage. Small but comfortable room.

The bathroom wasn’t great - the shower head just stuck out from the wall above the toilet so everything was always very wet, I didn’t think it was very hygienic. There was an unpleasant odour from the drain.
